I’m Anne Wilson, a Cordon Bleu Cook, who specialises in catering for weddings, celebrations and special events held on Anglesey, throughout North Wales, in Cheshire and on the Wirral.
From 3 course sit-down wedding breakfasts to finger buffets, you’ll find my menus are carefully designed to be innovative and mouth watering.
I like to make my food both spectacular to look at and divine to taste. To achieve this everything is cooked from scratch -you won’t find anything bought in or mass produced – all dishes are prepared by me and my staff in our kitchens.
Whilst I love to cook my passion is to delight my customers and their guests and, if the many letters of thanks the team receive are anything to go by, we succeed. Most of our bookings come from referrals made by previous clients – customer service really is our top priority.
